When will my order ship?

Items in our shop are made to order therefore, all orders generally take 7 to 10 business days to process through production prior to shipping. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided during your checkout for that order. We do not control the transit time of any carrier and are not liable for the transit time once your order has been shipped.

What are my shipping options?

We only offer shipping to USA addresses via standard ground shipping. You will not have to sign for the package when it is delivered, so it's important for you to plan accordingly to receive the package.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

My order was returned by the carrier, how can I get my order?

Any orders shipped back to us due to the carrier not being able to deliver the package will not receive a refund. The point of contact listed on the order will be notified of the matter. The consumer will e charged for shipping again to have the order reshipped to the shipping address associated with the order.

I want to buy matching apparel, are the colors of each item the same color or a variation of the same color?

Although we do not design our apparel to match each other in color, we do try hard to source items of the same brand to ensure quality as much as possible (in turn, the colors between apparel may match in color, but it is not always possible to meet that expectation). Actual product color may vary fro4m the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's color.

Is there a matching apparel between sizes?

Not all apparel will have a match in different sizes, but we do try to provide many options that match in design concept across sizes.

Can I cancel my order?

Once orders are submitted with a payment, it cannot be canceled.

Will I have my order before Christmas?

We do not guarantee delivery of orders, however, it generally takes 7 to 10 business days to process an order prior to shipment.
